Winch’s quality policy is based on a fundamental value:
Customers/learners as the ultimate recipients of our quality. The continuous fulfillment of their educational/professional needs is indeed our primary goal.
This purpose is pursued through a series of actions and attentions:
- Designing educational interventions based on the real needs and expectations of the learner;
- Delivering educational interventions using tools, methodologies, and teachers that meet the expectations and respect the educational needs of the learner;
- Planning consultancy projects and services to support corporate networks;
- Implementing support projects for corporate networks with tools, methodologies, and professionals that meet expectations and respect the client’s needs;
- Systematically checking the qualitative level achieved and the satisfaction perceived from the services provided;
- Taking charge of any signs of dissatisfaction or complaints from the learner;
- Continuously improving the quality and updating of content and teaching methodologies in response to monitoring conducted.
Quality thus becomes for Winch the main tool to anticipate and meet the needs of our customers/learners, giving them a guarantee of a process aimed at achieving the best and most appropriate educational outcomes possible.
The continuous improvement of these results will allow Winch to consolidate its market position by ensuring its business and guaranteeing adequate profit levels to protect its growth and the security of its employees.
Winch’s quality policy is thus embodied in a daily practice that includes:
- Knowing and respecting the regulations governing Continuing Medical Education;
- Collecting and analyzing the educational/consultancy needs of clients, including understanding their evolution and expectations;
- Continuously monitoring the reference market to understand the evolution and expectations of clients;
- Appropriately, with the planned objectives, defining tasks and responsibilities within our organization, knowing that the achievement of each milestone comes from the commitment of everyone.
The CD and all collaborators feel it is their duty to support this program, aware that achieving these objectives depends on the active contribution of all.
The Quality Manager has the authority to enforce and monitor the procedures and corporate rules that underlie it.
Winch Management’s commitment to the development and implementation of its quality policy is evidenced through the drafting and dissemination of the same, which occurs thanks to:
- Specific functional meetings
- Email
- Distribution of the quality manual
The policy is reviewed and, if necessary, modified during the management review.
