Trainers Team

The Winch team is thoroughly trained using a shared coding system for observed behaviors, enabling them to provide an objective and standardized evaluation of communicative performance along with an objective measurement of individual skills. Winch trainers, native Italian speakers, have gained professional experience in companies and multinational contexts within the pharma sector, developing good to excellent proficiency in English.

Has led projects in the pharmaceutical field both nationally and internationally, leveraging multimedia techniques, exercises, tests, and games tailored to course needs and themes for effective training.

Experienced in strategic problem-solving, he has held prestigious roles in Marketing and Sales in multinational companies and brings a blend of communication, Japanese management techniques, and theatrical experience to his teaching.

They actively collaborate with national and international pharma companies in marketing, sales techniques, sales network development, and managerial updates, boasting extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, especially in implementing communication and negotiation strategies.

Leonardo Bonfiglio

After earning a degree in Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology, they began their career at Roche S.p.A., progressing to Marketing Manager and Sales Manager. In these roles, they oversaw the development and training of Product Managers, Area Managers, and Medical Sales Representatives, working with products across different therapeutic areas and all lifecycle stages, from launch to maturity. They have experience in both hospital and retail markets, with a deep understanding of various Health Care Professional profiles, including Specialists, General Practitioners, Hospital Pharmacists, and Retail Pharmacists.

Active for ten years in corporate training as a teacher and designer, with a background in journalism, corporate communication, and digital communication. Licensed as an NLP Trainer™ and NLP Coach™ by the Society of NLP, and as a Generative Coach by The International Association for Generative Change. Collaborated with various public and private companies, professional orders, hospitals, universities, and athletes. Co-authored "Marketing Coaching" (Franco Angeli 2013) and edited "Team Coaching in azienda" (Phasar 2009), contributing significantly to both academic and practical fields of marketing and team coaching.

Giovanni Battista Colombo

Currently a Freelancer, he offers teaching and consulting services in the health sector. He is a contract professor at Ludes in Lugano, teaching "Business Management" and "Health Economics", and has previously served as the CEO of Zambon Italia S.p.A. and coordinator for countries in the Mediterranean area. He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector, covering Marketing, Sales, and Regulatory areas.

Daniele de Cillis

With a degree in Physical Chemistry from the University of Milan, he began his career in early 2001 as a Medical Sales Representative, managing various products in the cardiovascular, gastroenterological, and urological fields, both for general practitioners and specialists. In 2006, he joined Boehringer Ingelheim as a Field Force Trainer, overseeing the specialist products area (cardiology, neurology, HIV) and providing active support to specialist colleagues nationwide. By 2008, he was appointed Training Manager, responsible for the entire Training group, developing and implementing various training programs in communication and organization, including Developmental Communication, Public Speaking, Emotional Selling, Project Management, Competitor Assessment, and Market Access.

Graduated in Chemistry with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector as a Director of Training, Marketing & Sales Services, and General Manager for ETMS program production in pharmaceuticals. He's also been a consultant for Technological and Functional consultancy projects, System integration, and CRM for Healthcare, Ethical Pharmaceuticals, Hospital, Generic, OTC sectors. Currently, he consults and teaches managerial training (Top and middle management) in areas like Leadership, Organization, Team building, Communication, and more. He's an expert in innovative training methods, ECM, e-learning, and managerial consultancy for healthcare operators and professionals in change management within Clinical Governance.

With a degree in Political Science from the University of Milan, he has extensive experience in multinational pharmaceutical companies, starting from medical information dissemination to healthcare professionals, with subsequent managerial responsibilities in Marketing. From the role of Product Manager to Marketing Director, he has been involved in numerous product launches, both in Italy and internationally, in close collaboration with Global Marketing, overseeing the Southern Europe Region. His commercial experience is further enriched by his role as Sales Director for the scientific information network.

Holding a degree in Pharmacy, they have advanced their career in the pharmaceutical industry across various roles, focusing on Pharmacokinetics, Bioavailability, Bioequivalence studies, Clinical Trials, and drafting study protocols. Now a Freelancer, they engage in training activities within the pharmaceutical sector, especially in technical-communication areas and field force assessment projects (Primary and Specialty care).

Graduated in Pharmacy, he has extensive experience in the pharma sector as an ISF, AM, Product Manager & Sales Assistant, and Training Manager. He conducts training and education for pharmaceutical industry personnel and health sector operators, focusing on human resources management and internal/external communication processes. An AGENAS auditor for Educational Provider certification in the ECM area, he has developed expertise in designing models and methodologies for communicational training, both in-person and remote, with a special focus on the latest digital innovations.

He has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical sector as an ISF, AM, and Trainer. Beyond his role as a Science Specialist for the Hospital area and KAM-RHM, he has been involved in delivering communication techniques to the Field Force and implementing training courses set by the European headquarters for the Italian company, including internal courses. Specifically, he managed training activities on Compliance Communication for all corporate and territorial staff interacting with external stakeholders, Sales Force Effectiveness courses for AMs and ISFs, and group interview techniques for ISFs in the specialist area.

For over 20 years, he has been active in the Health Care & Life Science sector, initially as the CEO of a health sector communications agency, then as Managing Partner of Winch. He oversees Winch's international development activities and also serves as a trainer, coach, and consultant. He holds the positions of Training Manager and Director of Personnel at a leading national pharmaceutical distribution company and is the national coordinator of a network of private pharmacies.

She provides guidelines for organizational development and improvement, coordinates corporate and group processes in administration, financial analysis, reporting, and budgeting. She oversees the preparation of financial statements, ensuring their accuracy, completeness, and transparency. Additionally, she manages relationships with banks, credit institutions, and external regulatory bodies, leveraging her understanding of business dynamics and a strong sense of motivation and belonging to identify the best solutions for achieving set goals.


Silvia Rongo

Degree in Educational Sciences with a specialization in Expert in Training Processes. In 2003, during his university studies, he first came into contact with CME (Continuing Medical Education) training. At Winch, he is responsible as a Project Manager for CME training projects, assisting clients in the organization and management of Medical-Scientific events, in collaboration with the internal Scientific Committee and in accordance with Age.na.s guidelines. The continuous evolution of CME regulations aligns well with Silvia's aptitude for change, so when it happens that the event is ready but suddenly she finds herself having to "make do without the hostess," she starts again with the conviction that impeccable work "behind the scenes" always leads to an exclusive educational experience!

With a degree in Pharmacy, he joined IMS, developing a close contact with Institutions (Ministry of Health, AIFA, Regions, Local Health Authorities, and hospitals) and gaining a deep understanding of the aspects related to the devolution of the National Health Service (SSN), the dynamics of pharmaceutical expenditure at the national level and in individual regions. The last position he held at IMS, before moving into consulting, was as Practice Principal in the Pricing & Reimbursement area, with offerings dedicated to providing support to pharmaceutical companies in managing the definition of pricing and the reimbursement process for medicinal specialties concerning market access issues in Regional Health Systems. As a consultant, including with Winch S.r.l., he conducts training activities and qualitative research projects aimed at understanding the unmet needs for therapeutic areas and the foreseeable scenarios for the best positioning and market access of products in the experimental phase, through the perceptions of institutional, national, and regional payers.

Graduated in Statistical and Economic Sciences, she holds the position of Senior Project Manager with over twenty years of experience in the Health Care and Life Sciences sector. She has developed advanced skills in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary projects and high-level educational programs, with particular attention to the analysis of educational needs and subsequent follow-up, ensuring maximum impact and adaptability over time.
Over the years, she has refined her abilities in integrating technology into training and updating processes, recognizing the crucial role of technology in promoting innovation and improving the effectiveness of educational programs.
